Signing the contract

How does the beginning of cooperation work?

We will then email you a contract for the work containing details of the collaboration.

You sign the contract and send it to us (email is enough).
The last step is up to us, we will send you precise instructions that include contacts for the construction manager, colleagues, construction and accommodation address, start time and date, and necessary tools.
What to prepare for a work trip?
The first business trip usually lasts 2-3 weeks, the exact duration can be agreed on site with the German manager. What you should definitely not forget:

How is the first day of work going?
The first working day can be crucial. It is very important that you are punctual. If you are late (due to transport, etc.), it is better to call us and we will inform the construction manager. Alternatively, you can call the construction manager directly. The first day is about getting to know your colleagues, the work, the construction, the conditions and starting to build good relationships for a prosperous and long-term cooperation.
We also recommend discussing working hours, shift length, and deadlines that must be met during construction.
What if you don't have a business?
Starting a business is very easy these days. You can do it directly at the trade license office or online.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
Let us know about the problem.
We will find a solution and fix the problem.
If necessary, we can move you to another building within a few days.
If extreme conditions occur that do not allow further operation at a given site, we will resolve the relocation immediately.
What if I am not satisfied with the accommodation?
We are working immediately to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to resolve the situation, we will relocate you to new accommodation within 5-7 days.
If it is an urgent problem that prevents the accommodation from continuing to function, we can resolve the situation within 24 hours.
What happens if I want to end the collaboration?
You submit your notice of termination 10 days before the planned termination of cooperation, by post or email, also stating the reason for termination.
